Speech reinforcement mixer
(e.g. SRP-X500)
The SRP-X500 has a compressor inserted in the loudspeaker output system. Since this
is a non-linear process, set the function to OFF or operate at a volume at which the
compressor has no effect.
A feedback canceler and AGC are inserted in the microphone input of the SRP-X500.
This is a non steady-state process, so connecting the MAS-A100 to the microphone
input is not recommended.
When using the MAS-A100, do not adjust the master volume using the front panel of
the SRP-X500.

Remote lecture system

A Dante DAC ADP-DAO-AU-0X2 (No. 5 in "Network device list" (page 86)) is used as
the remote lecture system output.
Mix the two analog outputs and adjust the volume and sound quality using a portable
mixer. Connect the output of the mixer to the LINE 1 input of a video conferencing
system (PCS-XG100 in this example). On the [Basic Setup1] page of the [Audio]
setup menu of the PCS-XG100, set [Audio Input] to [MIC] and set [Input Select] to
[AUDIO 1].
Note
If [Audio Input] is set to [AUX], the echo canceler is not applied.
