You can configure the capture range on the MAS-A100 setup screen. Noise can be
reduced by reducing the audio capture range of MAS-A100 units that are close to
noise sources to match the movement of the lecturer.
Room acoustic characteristics
It is recommended to use a room with low reverberation and low reflection acoustic
characteristics. In an environment with reverberation or reflection, the intelligibility of
the sound may be poor and the sound quality may make hearing difficult.
Measures to prevent general audio issues (use of sound absorbing material, curtains,
diffuser on flat surfaces, etc.) are effective.

4.3. Network design

This section describes the design of networks for use with the MAS-A100 system.
It describes the network function of the MAS-A100, power supply using PoE, and the
specifications required for the network switch.

MAS-A100 network function overview

The MAS-A100 connects to a network using a single LAN cable (Cat 5e or higher), but
internally it has two network interfaces.
Each network interface has a separate MAC address.
Also, the IP address must be different for each network interface.
The name and functions of the two network interfaces are shown below.
