Ambient noise filter

Name: Ambient Noise Filter
Target: Common for both Main output and Rec output
Settings: Off, Low, High
Applicable software:
Function description
The ambient noise filter is a function that reduces sporadic noise (such as
keyboard-type noise and paper-rustling noise) that cannot be reduced by normal
noise reduction.
When set to [High], the noise reduction is stronger, but it may adversely affect the
audio quality.

Equalizer

Name: Equalizer
Target: Common for both Main output and Rec output
Settings: 60 Hz, 250 Hz, 1 kHz, 4 kHz, and 12 kHz bands with –12 dB to +12 dB range
adjustable in 1 dB increments
Applicable software:
Function description
5-band graphic equalizer. Use to adjust the sound quality.
Wind noise and vibration noise are reduced by lowering the [60 Hz] gain.
Vocal thickening and warmth are increased by raising the [250 Hz] gain.
Boost the sound so that the voice stands out by raising the [1 kHz] gain. Surrounding
noise may also increase.
Suppress noise and soften the sound for easier listening by lowering the [4 kHz] and
[12 kHz] gain.
Adjusting may cause side effects, so make adjustments while checking the sound
quality.
