If a lamp is gray, the MAS-A100 is offline and the [Default Dante ID] is not
displayed.

Press the [Flash] icon to start the LED lamp of the MAS-A100 flashing to confirm
its location, if necessary.

Check the [Default Dante ID] of the MAS-A100.
[Default Dante ID]
[Default Dante ID] is the Dante device name of the MAS-A100 in factory default state,
and consists of the characters "MAS-A100-xxxxxx" (where xxxxxx is a unique
alphanumeric 6-character string).
Note
Even if you change the Dante device name of the MAS-A100 using Dante Controller,
the [Default Dante ID] displayed in the web UI of the MAS-A100 and in MASM-1 does
not change.
It is recommended that you do not change the Dante device name of the MAS-A100,
as doing so will mean it is not possible to configure the MAS-A100 according to this
document. Specifically, changing the unique alphanumeric 6-character string suffix of
the Dante device name will make it difficult to identify the MAS-A100 units on the
network.
