Manual backups

A manual backup is carried out once, as required, immediately upon request. A manual backup
does not affect any scheduled automatic backups. See

you must select the day of the month from the list. Avaya recommends that you
select the time in which the least activity occurs.

a. Zip file sent by E-mail to admin address. If you select this option, the
system sends the backup file by e-mail to the administrator address that
you defined in the Basic Setting window. For more information, see

b. FTP to remote server. If you select this option, you must enter the IP
address of the server to which you want to back up the file, the path to
the backup file, the user id, and the password.
