CONVERSION PROCESS

At the GC Controller site, remove the Controller enclosure's front panel.
SERIOUS PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH POSSIBLE
Before removing the unit cover from the GC Controller, make certain the power supply
switch is OFF and the AC power cord is disconnected. Observe all safety precautions
when you are working in a hazardous environment.
Failure to observe all safety precautions could result in serious injury or death.

For the purged Controller, the front panel is secured by 16 screws. Remove those
screws first.
(b)
Then carefully lower the front panel on its bottom hinges. The front panel is heavy,
so make sure it does not drop and cause damage.
(c)
For the rack mount Controller, the rear of the enclosure is open; it allows access for
most field wiring procedures without removing the enclosure.
