• Togliere la vite centrale (P), quindi con l'ausilio di
un utensile afferrare la boccola (Q) e sfilare l'ingra-
naggio conico.
• Controllare l'integrità dell'ingranaggio e del cusci-
netto (R)
• Controllare l'integrità del cuscinetto (S) e del pigno-
ne (T), togliendo prima la catena (U), poi la coro-
na (v), poi l'anello seeger (Z) che tiene bloccato il
cuscinetto, dopo di chè rimontare la corona con la
relativa vite. A questo punto, facendo leggermente
leva, ad esempio con un cacciavite o altro attrezzo,
estrarre il gruppo completo (Fig. 1).
• Se i cuscinetti o i pignoni si presentano danneggia-
ti, sostituirli con parti originali.
• Prima di rimontare il tutto, ingrassare abbondante-
mente gli ingranaggi e la base dell'intermittore (Fig. 2).
IMPORTANTE! Nel rimontare i compo-
nenti, fare molta attenzione alla fasatu-
ra della coppia conica. Per fare sì che la
fasatura sia corretta, fare in modo che le
viti (X) o il foro (Y) della corona siano orizzontali,
e che i due fori della boccola (W) si trovino a 90°
rispetto alle viti (X) o al foro (Y).

• Remove the central screw (P), and then with the
aid of a tool to grab the bushing (Q) and remove
the bevel gear.
• Check the integrity of the gears and bearings (R)
• Verify the integrity of the bearing (S) and pinion (T),
removing the chain (U), then the gear (v), and the
seeger ring (Z), which locks the bearing, and finally
remount the rack gear with the relative screw. At
this point, take off the entire unit, by slightly pushing
with a tool, such as a screwdriver (Fig. 1).
• Replace the bearings or pinions if damaged with
original parts.
• before reassembling everything, generously grea-
se the gears and the base of the intermittent (Fig.
2).
IMPORTANT! When reassembling the
components, pay attention to the timing
of the bevel gear. To make sure the ti-
ming is correct, ensure that the screws
(X) and hole (U) of the rack gear are horizontal
and that the two holes of the bushing (W) are at
90° compared to the screws (X) and (Y).
