FASATURA ELEMENTO TRAPIANTANTE
Se dovesse rendersi necessaria la messa in fase di un
elemento (aggiunta di un'elemento alla trapiantatrice,
sostituzione di ingranaggi che comportano la modifica
della fase, ecc.) agire nel seguente modo:
• Ipotizzare il movimento di un orologio a lancette.
• Ruotare in senso orario il pignone (A) fino a rag-
giungere la posizione delle ore 07.00.
• Aprire la catena togliendo la maglia di giunzione e
ruotare il pignone (B) fino a raggiungere la posizio-
ne delle ore 09.00.
• Reinserire la catena e congiungerla con la maglia
di giunzione.
ANTICIPO E RITARDO DELLA FASATURA
in base alla velocità di trapianto, può esserci la ne-
cessità di ANTICIPARE o RITARDARE la caduta della
pianta nel vomere rispetto al movimento dell'espulso-
re. per questa operazione, procedere come segue:
• Aprire la catena e ruotare il pignone (B) di un den-
te nel senso della freccia (il pignone A non deve
muoversi).
• Continuare a ruotare il pignone (B) fino a raggiun-
gere il movimento di caduta ottimale, viceversa per
ritardare la caduta, ruotare il pignone (B) di un den-
te nel senso contrario alla freccia, anche in questo
caso continuare a ruotare il pignone (B) fino a rag-
giungere il movimento di caduta ottimale.
• in alcune versioni, l'anticipo o il ritardo della fasatu-
ra è possibile cambiando la posizione delle viti (C)
nei fori disponibili sulla corona (D), come indicato
in Fig. 1.

TIMING THE TRANSPLANTING ELEMENT
If timing an element is required (addition of an element
to the transplanting machine, replacement of gears
that modify a phase, etc), proceed as follows:
• Imagine the movement of an analogue clock.
• Rotate the pinion (A) clockwise, until reaching the
position of 07.00 o'clock.
• Open the chain, removing the joint link, and rotate
the pinion (B) until reaching the position of 09.00
o'clock
• Re-place the chain and connect it with the joint link.
ANTICIPATION AND DELAy OF THE TIMING
Depending on the speed of transplantation, there may
be the need to ADVANCE or RETARD the fall of plow
plant in relation to the movement of the ejector. To do
this, proceed as follows:
• Open the chain and rotate the pinion (B) of a link
in the direction of the arrow (pinion A must not
move).
• keep rotating the pinion (B) until reaching the mo-
vement of falling that is optimal, on the other hand,
to delay the fall, rotate the pinion (B) of a link to the
opposite direction of the arrow. Even in this case,
keep rotating the pinion (B) until reaching the the
movement of falling that is optimal.
• In some versions, the timing anticipation or delay
can occur changing the position of the screws (C)
inside the holes available on the rack gear (D), as
indicated in Fig. 1.
