To remove a PTX10003 from a rack:
1. Perform one of the following steps:
Position a mechanical lift under the PTX10003. Use the screwdriver to remove the front-mounting
screws that attach the router to the rack.
Have two persons support the weight of the PTX10003 while another person uses the screwdriver
to remove the front-mounting screws that attach the router to the rack.
2. Remove the PTX10003 from the rack.
3. Use the screwdriver to remove the mounting screws that attach the rear-mounting blades to the rear
of the rack.
4. Place the removed screws and rear-mounting blades in a labeled bag. You will need them when you
reinstall the chassis.
5. Transport the PTX10003 to the new location.
