Warning messages

Warning messages do not lead directly to the heat generator being switched OFF. The issue which
caused the warning may lead to malfunctions or faults.
► These issues must be rectified by a contractor.

Cause
– System pressure too low.
– Supply line pressure sensor faulty.
– Pressure sensor faulty.
Cause
– When the burner starts, no
flame forms by the end of
safety time.
– Ignition electrodes
contaminated.
– Air in the oil feed line.
– Heat generator contaminated
– Flame failure during operation.
– Flue gas return system (flue
gas in the supply air).
– Air in the oil feed line.
– Heat generator contaminated.
– Differential pressure too low in
pre-purge phase.
– Differential pressure sensor or
cable defective.
– Differential pressure sensor
fails to switch back.
– Set fan speed is not achieved. ► Check power cable to fan.
– The fan does not stop.
– System pressure too low.
– Supply line pressure sensor
faulty.
– Pressure sensor faulty.
Remedy
► Check system pressure.
► Check if supply line is faulty.
► Check pressure sensor cables
and plug-in connections.
If OK but no function:
► Replace pressure sensor.
► Press reset button.
Remedy
► Check oil line and oil level.
► Check ignition electrodes and
ignition transformer.
► Check solenoid valve for oil
pump.
► Check that the condensate can
drain off freely.
► Press reset button.
► Check CO values.

► Check if supply line is faulty.
Pressure sensor:
► Check cables and plug-in
connections. If OK but no
function:
► Replace pressure sensor.
► Press reset button.
