Cause
– Set fan speed is not achieved.
– The fan does not stop.
– Faulty stratification cylinder
sensor or lead.
– Differential pressure sensor
or cable defective.
– The EEPROM data set is invalid. ► Switch power supply OFF/ON.
– Boiler coding card fault.
– Boiler coding card has been
removed or incorrectly inserted.
– Boiler coding card fault.
– The boiler coding card is
incompatible with the burner
control unit.
requires a new boiler coding card
(if replacement part).
– Boiler coding card fault
– Condensate pump is defective.
– Drain line is blocked.
– No power supply to the
condensate pump.
– The cylinder heat time lasts longer
than permitted.
– Faulty header sensor or lead.
– Relay test failed.
– Emergency stop via ChipCom.
– Communication between control
unit PCB and burner control unit
disrupted.

Remedy
► Press reset button.
► Switch power supply OFF/ON.
► Check power cable to fan.
► Check fan.
► Check power cable to fan.

If fault persists:
► change burner control units.
► Replace boiler coding card.
