36. Troubleshooting warning messages

Description
The control PCB has detected that the burner
control unit has been replaced
The water pressure has fallen below the
warning limit
Another boiler chip card has been inserted
At the last attempt to start the burner, no
flame was detected
Flame failure during operation
The fan does not reach the set speed, or
does not stop
Number of burner starts too high
Cause and remedy
Insert boiler chip card that
corresponds to appliance output; if
necessary, reinsert boiler chip card
Check the system pressure,
test sensors
Make sure that the correct boiler
chip card has been inserted, if
necessary, reinsert boiler chip card
Wait for another start attempt,
test ignition electrode and ignition
transformer, test monitoring
electrode, test gas connection
pressure
Monitoring electrode faulty, flue
gas path blocked, condensate
drain blocked, test gas connection
pressure
Test flue system, test the fan's PWM
and power cable
Too little heat is being drawn off, too
little throughput, demand too high
