DANGER
Escape of flue gases!
Risk of asphyxiation or severe to life-threatening poisoning.
► Check that all flue gas accessories have been correctly installed and that none are leaking.
► Fill the trap with water.
CAUTION
Oil leak!
Contamination of potable water
► Check the system for oil leaks.
NOTE
Oil pump runs dry!
Damage to oil pump.
► Check the oil level in the tank and the system.
NOTE
Escaping water!
Water damage.
► Check the heat generator and system for leaks.
NOTE
Unqualified personnel!
System damage.
► The heat generator may only be commissioned and used for the first time by a contractor.
► The operator must be instructed by a contractor.

Preparation for commissioning

► Check that all flue gas accessories have been correctly installed and that none are leaking.
► Unscrew the trap, remove and fill with water.
✔ Water will run out of the drain hole on the side.
► Check the system for oil leaks.
► Check the oil level in the tank and the system.
► Check the heat generator and system for water tightness.
6.2

Putting the heat generator into service

► Open the shut-off valves for heating flow and return.
► Open oil shut-off valves (tank, oil line, filter).
► Switch on the heating emergency stop switch.
