The Agilent E7474A measurement software has the following measurement

TDMA Channel Analyzer
Part of Agilent E7474A Option 110, 120.
The Agilent E7475A system channel analyzer virtual front panel provides
channel power measurements with controls designed specifically for TDMA
and AMPS channels. The channel width is fixed at 30 kHz.

All Channels The system measures the power, of all of the channels in a
user specified range. The results are displayed as a trace
with one point for each channel.
Top N
The system measures all of the channels in a user specified
range and returns the 'N' channels with the highest power.
'N' is a user definable integer from 1 to 20. Results are
displayed in bar graph format.
