If oil level is a little low, oil can be added to vat at any time from reserve oil tank to raise oil level to
proper level by following steps below. This procedure is n n o o t t to be used to fill an empty vat.

Remove and clean the drain pan assembly at the end of the night. The drain pan should be clean
prior to closing. Assemble the clean, dry drain pan per the following instructions:
