(M) Monitor display and monitor output signal
5.11.14

Detection of control circuit temperature

The temperature of the control circuit board can be monitored, and a signal can be output according
to the predetermined temperature setting.
Pr.
663
M060
Control circuit temperature monitor
● The operation panel, terminal FM/CA, or terminal AM can be used to monitor the temperature of
the control circuit board within the range of 0 to 100 °C.
● When monitoring with the operation panel or terminal AM, the range becomes –20 to 100 °C by
setting the display/output with a minus sign in Pr. 290 "Monitor negative output selection".
Control circuit temperature detection (Pr. 663, Y207 signal)
● The Y207 signal can be output when the control circuit temperature reaches the Pr. 663 setting
or higher.
● For the Y207 signal, set "207 (positive logic) or 307 (negative logic)" in one of Pr. 190 to Pr. 196
(output terminal function selection) to assign the function to the output terminal.
NOTES
The Y207 signal is turned OFF when the control circuit temperature becomes 5 °C or more lower
than the Pr. 663 setting.
Changing the terminal assignment using Pr. 190 to Pr. 196 (output terminal function selection)
may affect the other functions. Set parameters after confirming the function of each terminal.
