Troubleshooting

NOTE: Check all possible solutions in the chart
below before you disassemble the system.
PGM Fluid Assembly
Problem
No Inlet Pressure
No Outlet Pressure
High Outlet Pressure

Refer to Supply Systems manual for additional trouble-
shooting; refer to Related Manuals on page 3. Also
refer to Error Codes and Troubleshooting, page 32.
Cause
No air pressure on supply system
Leak in supply system
False signal being sent to control
Leak at PGM drive shaft
Dispense motor not rotating
Dispense Off delay set too long
Dispense valve solenoid stuck
open
False signal being sent to control
Blocked dispense tip
Flow rate too high for application
Dispense valve On delay set too
long
Dispense valve solenoid stuck
closed
Solution
Verify supply system pressure
Check supply lines and connections
Check inlet pressure sensor output;
verify that it corresponds to zero
pressure; replace sensor and/or
amplifier
Replace drive shaft seals
Refer to Error code section of the
manual; Cycle power and perform
startup
Verify Dispense valve delays in
setup screens
Verify function of dispense valve
Check outlet pressure sensor out-
put; verify that it corresponds to zero
pressure; replace sensor and/or
amplifier
Replace dispense tip
decrease flow rate
Verify Dispense valve delays in
setup screens
Verify function of dispense valve
