Symptom
Error occurs
Color of the menu is changed in the
adjustment sequence.

Error:
"Paper feed error"
Media not matching the adjustment
(There are both plain paper/roll paper
requiring patterns)
Error:
"Too many changes are made for the
adjustment value."
Number of times of adjustment value
change reached the limit. (Number of
times of the adjustment value can be set
has limitation. This error occurs when it
reaches the limit due to repeated
adjustments.)
In this program, the color of executed
adjustment items changes.
Trouble on Service Program
Check Item
Check if the current media match the ongoing adjustment.

Remedy
Properly set the media for each adjustment.
Reset the adjustment history by executing the
"Adjustment Value Reset".
The color of all menus is reset after rebooting the
program.
