2-23 Other server management commands

Other server management commands
These additional Server menu commands are used to manage server performance,
configuration, and status. Some of these commands are available only when logged in
as Administrator:
•
Manage Fonts
GA-1040 (see page 2-15).
•
Clear Job Log
• —Causes the GA-1040 to be rebooted, just as if you had selected Restart
Reboot
Server from the Shut Down menu on the Control Panel (see the Configuration
Guide).
• —Clears all jobs in all server queues as well as all jobs archived on the GA-1040
Clear
hard disk, the index of archived jobs (in the Archive window), all FreeForm masters,
the index of FreeForm masters (in the FreeForm windows), and the Job Log.
• —Invokes Fiery Setup (see the Configuration Guide).
Setup
• —Closes the connection to the GA-1040.
Log out
—Allows you to delete fonts from, as well as add fonts to, the
—Clears the Job Log only.
