Print Jobs

Print jobs that have been sent to the GA-1040 Direct or Print connections can be
viewed from the Print Jobs screen. To access the Print Jobs screens, press the Print Jobs
button. The Job Status tab is displayed:

All jobs except private jobs and stored jobs appear in the window on the Job Status tab.
Details about each job, including its user name, document name, date and time, paper
size, number of pages, and copies are listed. To delete a currently processing job that
has been sent to the copier, click the job's Delete button.
