6-7 Accessing WebTools

Department codes are assigned by the Administrator. See the Configuration

Accessing WebTools
WebTools are accessed via the Options button on the TopAccess home page.

1. Launch your Internet browser application.
2. Enter the IP address or the DNS name of the GA-1040.
Check with the operator or administrator for this information.
3. In the TopAccess window that appears, click the Options button.
Summary:
Allows you to view, manipulate, reorder,
reprint, and delete jobs currently spooling,
processing, or printing on the GA-1040
hard disk drive, if one is installed. It also
allows you to view, print, and delete the
Job Log.
Allows you to download the GA-1040
printer file installers directly from the
server.
Allows you to download PostScript, EPS,
and PDF files to the GA-1040.
