6-2 Overview of TopAccess and WebTools
For WebTools, the levels of access allowed to remote users depend on whether the
administrator has enabled use of WebTools, and whether or not a password is required
to use the job management features. If you have been given the Operator password,
you can manage job flow and override print settings of your jobs with Fiery
WebSpooler. If not, you can still track the status of your jobs with Fiery WebSpooler as
a Guest. Check with your site administrator for information on your WebTools access
privileges.

Using TopAccess

TopAccess utilities are accessed directly from the TopAccess home page.

Summary:
Allows you to view settings for
the copier.
Allows you to view information
about the print jobs.
Allows you to view information
about the printer.
Allows you to view jobs that have
sent to the GA-1040 that use the
Department Code printer driver
option.
