SECOND FEED ROLLER SECTOR STOPPER
CLEARANCE ADJUSTMENT
[D]
Purpose: To ensure that the second feed roller starts rotating when the paper
feed solenoid turns on and stops rotating when the paper feed
solenoid turns off.
1. Remove the rear cover of the machine.
2. Gradually turn the drum rotating shaft [A] counterclockwise with a spanner
(10 mm),
3. After turning the sector gear [B] fully counterclockwise, make sure that the
clearance between the sector pin [C] and the sector stopper [D] is 0.1 to 0.3
mm.
4. If the clearance is incorrect, loosen the Allen screws [E] and adjust the
clearance between the sector pin and the sector stopper.
