3. Master Eject Roller Drive Mechanism

When the drum turns 20
degrees past the second drum position sensor [A], the master
eject solenoid
[B] turns on and the supporter
[C] turns counterclockwise
around the
upper eject roller shaft [D]. This forces the lower first eject roller [E] to contact the drum.
As the drum turns, the curled trailing edge of the master enters between
the upper and
lower first eject rollers. The first eject rollers then peel the master from the drum.
