4. HRC INTERVAL
This program changes the heart rate level during your
workout. The display shows the program and the
changes in target heart rate. You can choose a profile
to your liking by pushing the
repeatedly or with arrow keys.
5 . TARGET HR
This program allows you to preset your pulse level, i.e.
the resistance is regulated so that your pulse remains at
the requested level. if the pulse tends to rise, resistance
is reduced automatically and vice versa. the set value can
be changed also during the workout.
6 . T-TRAINER
As you select a
T-TRAINER
under control through six different training modules at
intervals. After every two minutes of training, there is a
one-minute recovery time.
7. SCAN HOLD
The values displayed change at 6-second intervals. If
you want to monitor any value for a longer period, press
the
key, and the display will be locked.

8. QUICK START
This program allows you to start the manual-program
without using user settings.
9 . ZOOM
Scales on the graphic profile display in all training
modes. Press
ZOOM
profile image (two-, four-, eight- or sixteenfold).
Pressing the key five times restores the profile image to
its original size.

10. RESET
Press for 2 seconds, resets all values.

Approves set values and user parameters.

1 2 . ARROW KEYS
Used for setting values, increasing or decreasing
resistance and selecting programs. If you adjust
the exercise program during your workout, these
adjustments will only affect the remaining part of the
program.

The arrow keys are also located on the right
moving hand support.

GRAPHIC DISPLAY
The display shows a graphic illustration of the profile
or the training mode. The bottom of the profile display
shows the following values for your workout: speed,
average speed, average effort and average heart rate.
TIME / EFFORT
This display alternates between elapsed time and effort
in watts.
DISTANCE / SPEED
the display shows alternately the distance in kilometres
and rounds per minute or kilometres per hour (as
selected by the user).
ENERGY / HR
this display alternates between approximate energy
consumption and heart rate.

OPERATING THE CONSOLE

To activate the meter, connect the device to a power
source, and then press any key or start pedaling. The
meter will now display the Start menu.
If you do not press a key, or pedal for more than 5
minutes, the meter automatically switches off. The
values in a workout that has been interrupted are saved
in the memory of the user interface for 5 minutes, after
which they are reset. you can restart the interrupted
exercise by pedaling within 5 minutes.
the meter displays instructions to guide you. if you want
to remove the displayed info text, indicated by the letter
i with a yellow highlight, press enter.
the software of the console can be updated with a
computer. for connecting a computer, use the USB
connector at the rear side of the console.
ENTERING USER DETAILS
We recommend that you choose a user code and save
your personal details: these details are needed e.g. for a
more accurate estimation of your energy consumption.
at the same time, you can set the units to be displayed
and check the total training values. choosing a user code
will also allow you to save your exercise data.
Select the interface language:
