NOTE!

ENTER USER DETAILS AS FOLLOWS:

Use the arrow keys to select a user code (1-4). Press
to confirm.

Enter your maximum heart rate with the arrow
keys. The equipment uses your previously set user
details to calculate an estimate of your maximum heart
rate with the formula 208 - 0.7 x age. If you know your
maximum heart rate accurately, you can adjust the
meter's estimate. Press

Enter your aerobic threshold heart rate with the
arrow keys. The equipment uses your maximum heart
rate to calculate an estimate of your threshold heart
rate (60% of maximum heart rate). If you know your
aerobic threshold heart rate accurately, you can adjust
the meter's estimate. Press

then move to the next setting.

Enter your anaerobic threshold heart rate with the
arrow keys. The equipment uses your maximum heart
rate to calculate an estimate of your threshold heart
rate (80% of maximum heart rate). If you know your
anaerobic threshold heart rate accurately, you can adjust
the meter's estimate. Press
ENTER
selection and to return to the initial display of the user
details setting.
Once you have set the user details, you can start
exercising by selecting your own user code with the
arrow keys and then pressing the key of the desired
function.
To exit the settings without editing, select Return in
the initial display of the user settings. The meter then
switches to its original state.

To display an outline of a selected user's exercise data,
select Log in the initial display of the user details setting.
You can view the most recent exercise data or an outline
of the user's workout history.
Select Return to go back to the initial display of the user
details setting.
Selecting Delete in the initial display of the user details
setting will delete a selected user and his or her personal
details from the meter's memory.

Once the target value has been achieved, the meter
gives an audio signal. You can continue with your
exercise if you wish.

T-TRAINER
As you select a
programme, you can exercise
T-TRAINER
under control through six different training modules
at intervals. After every two minutes of training, there
is a one-minute recovery time. The display show the
training model, time, speed and muscle groups on
which the training influences most efficiently.

Press the T-Trainer key. The display shows one of
the six training modules. After the module has been
introduced, the display shows the pulse and resistance.
Start the training by following the instructions on the
display. Each of the performance modules takes two
minutes.

The programme shifts automatically to a one-minute
recovery period. At the end of the recovery period,
