Air Conditioning
5. Separate the refrigerant line at the
compressor.
NOTE: Seal the refrigerant line and the
accumulator / dehydrator with plugs.
6. Disconnect the refrigerant line at the
accumulator / dehydrator.
Installation
NOTE: Tightening torques. For additional in-
formation,
NOTE: Before connecting the refrigerant lines,
fit them with new O-rings. Coat the new O-rings
with refrigerant oil before fitting them.
1. Refit the components in reverse order.
2. Evacuate and refill the air conditioning
system. For additional information,
refer to Section 412-03.
3. Standard finishing operations.
• Connect the battery negative lead.
• Remove the protective covers.
• Enter the radio keycode.
• Re-program the preset radio stations.
• Set the clock.
• Road test the vehicle to collect data for
the PCM.
