Configuring email settings

You can configure the FortiVoice unit to send email notifications to phone users when they miss
a phone call or receive a voicemail or fax.
For phone users to receive the notifications, you need to add their email addresses when
configuring the extensions. See
To configure email settings
1. Go to System > Configuration > Mail Settings.
2. Configure the following:
Fortinet Technologies Inc.
Description
FortiVoice model number, such as 400 for the FortiVoice-400.
FortiVoice unit serial number.
The firmware version currently running on the FortiVoice unit.
The current CPU usage (%).
The current memory utilization (%).
The log disk usage (%).
The storage disk usage (%).
System component events.
Current system load.
• fvHAMode: Configured HA operating mode.
• fvHAEffectiveMoce: Effective HA operating mode.
HA event type ID.
Unit IP address where the event occurs.
The reason for the HA event.
