Developer Initialization - Ricoh B230 Training Program

Developer initialization is required if the developer or
development unit is replaced. The machine performs
developer initialization automatically when it detects a
new development unit, however, it must be done
manually when replacing developer.
Steps
1.
The machine agitates the developer for the time specified
2.
The machine adjusts Vcnt (control voltage for TD sensor)
so that Vt (TD sensor output) is within 3.0 ± 0.2.
3.
The machine keeps this as Vtref if it is successful. SC372
to SC375 is displayed if it fails sequentially 3 times.
4.
The result can be checked by SP3-014.
