The Paper transfer roller contact motor moves the PTR into
contact and away from the transfer belt.
Paper transfer roller HP sensor: Detects when the PTR contacts
the transfer belt.
The PTR contacts the transfer belt at all times, except during line
position adjustment and process control.
During line position adjustment and process control, patterns are developed on the
transfer belt. The PTR is away from the belt at this time, otherwise the PTR will
remove the patterns before they get to the ID sensors.
The assembly contains the motor, the sensor, along with a set of gears.
