The stack feed-out belt feeds the stack out to the shift roller.
The pawl on the belt lifts the stack.
The shift roller continues to feed the stack out.
The shift roller does not move from side to side in stapling mode.
The exit motor turns the shift roller.
The stack-feed out motor must move the belt to home position. But, this does not
occur until the stack is fully fed out to the lower tray.
