The sensor functions as a tray set switch and a size detector in tray 2.
The three switches on the left detect paper size. The switch on the right is a tray
set sensor.
The service manual contains a table to show the paper sizes that the machine can
detect with this sensor.
The settings of SP 5-181 determine how the machine interprets the sensor
readings for paper sizes that are almost the same.
