6.6 Longitudinal adjustment of the seat unit (centre of gravity) (Fig. 48)
A profile rail is located on the underside of the seat tube. It is attached on both sides by four
nut sliders.
First loosen the counter nut at the upper end of the adjustment tube. Then loosen the screws on
both sides of the nut sliders (Fig. 48, marking A). You can move the seat tubes lengthwise and
thus, change the centre of gravity. Different adjustment ranges, marked as a grid at the bottom
of the tube, help to move both tubes evenly.
Once you have reached the desired position, retighten all screws.
Ensure that the adjustments at both tubes are parallel and that all screw connections

are properly re-tightened before using the wheelchair.
6.7 Adjusting the back unit (Fig. 49)
A profile rail is located on the underside of the seat tube. It is attached on both sides by four
nut sliders.
Loosen each of the rear screws on both sides (Figure 49, marking A). Next, loosen the screws
under the clothing protector lip in the rear wheel housing (Figure 49, marking B).
Now you can freely move the back unit on the seat tube. This allows you to adjust seat depth or
position the tube for a firm back shell.
Use the increment guide (Figure 49, marking C) on the bottom of the seat tube to ensure parallel
adjustment.
Ensure that all screw connections are properly tightened before using the wheelchair.
INfORMATION
The correct torque for the screw (Figure 49, marking A) is 10 Nm.

6.8 Changing the back angle (Fig. 50)
It may be useful to customize the preset angle between the seat and the backrest for therapeutic
reasons. To do this, loosen the screws under the clothing protector lip in the rear wheel housing
(Figure 50, marking A).
Next, remove the rear screw from the perforated plate of the back unit (Figure 50, marking B).
Remove the screws on both sides from their current position, move the backrest to the desired
