To shut the fryer station down, turn the Master Power Switch located behind the front access door to the
" O F F " position.

BASIC CONTROL
The Indicator Light for that basket will go out.
The display will revert to the other basket's remaining time or the frypot
temperature.
The basket will automatically rise.
The basket will automatically rise.
The display will become blank.
