The battery also includes an oil filtration system. The battery is constructed of stainless steel and features front- and rear- mounted, heavy duty leveling casters. Two fry baskets and a cleaning brush set are included with each fryer. The fryers have a temperature range of 200°F to 400°F (93°C to 205°C).
