Engine oil level

Verify integrity /clean:
-sea water strainer
-sea water tap
-sea water piping.
Verify for any leaks on fuel circuit .
Verify oil level:
-transmission
-trim
-steering system
Verify for any leaks on -engine coolant
system .
Battery electrolyte level
Verify propeller anodes / stern drive
corrosion status
Activities
Lubricating prop nut, grease the
transmission couplings (joints, spherical
heads, splines, etc.)
Anodes consumption
Engine oil change ( first change after 30
hrs)
Check the belts and tighteners status
Verify engine-transmission alignment
and screw the flex mounting nuts .
Verify screwing torque (bolts, nut
clamps)
Verify/clean the electrical connections
Air filter cleaning.
Verify /change the sea water pump
Verify the turbo charger actuator
functioning /grease the turbocharger
where required
Clean the sea water circuit from any
deposits, clean the exchangers
Engine oil change
Oil filter replacement
Fuel filter replacement
Replace the anodes (if necessary)
Sea water pump impeller replacement
Stern drive gear oil replacement
(Mercruiser ® first 100 hours )
Lubricate splined joints, etc.
Engine starter pinion greasing
Mercathode® system continuity
inspection .
Verify the transmission fluids level
Activities (over the annual maintenance)
Timing/auxiliary belts replacement.
Replace the coolant liquid.
Check the engine –propulsion alignment.
Check for any leaks on the engine circuit.
Check the flexible coupler status.
Check the engine battery status (replace if necessary).
