Verify/replace engine anodes - stern drive - propeller (page 61)
Check the belts and tighteners status (page 62)
Verify the engines alignment and retorque the engine mounts
Verify the bolts tightening torque.
Verify the electrical connections.
Check the transmission fluids levels (page 55).
Clean the air filter (page 63).
Replace the sea water pump impeller (page 63).
Clean the heat exchangers tube bundles. (page 67).
Stern drive lube oil change (Mercruiser ® Stern drives 100 hrs - SeaProp
once a year).
Inspect and lubricate the joints, gears and splines (page 70).
Grease the engine starter pinion (page 70).
Check the Mercathode® systems continuity (follow the producer's
instruction.
Check and grease the steering system.
Follow the procedure below:
1. Turn off the engine .
2. Let the engine cool down adequately for at least 20 minutes, to help oil flowing in the sump.
3. Prepare a tank of proper capacity to collect exhaust oil.
4. Connect a hose to the exhaust valve placed in position A.
