Chapter 8 CMS Configurations

This section introduces the related settings to enable connecting to the GV-Video Server in
the central monitoring stations Center V2, VSM and Dispatch Server.

8.1 Center V2

The Center V2 can monitor and manage the cameras and I/O devices connected to the
GV-Video Server.
To enable the connection, click the Preference Settings button, point to System
Configure, click the Network tab, and check Accept the Connection of Video
Server. Keep default port 5551, or modify it to match the Center V2 port on the GV-
Video Server.
