Installing via the Expansion Slots

Using a CF Card or SD Card with your Computer

You can access a CF or SD memory card directly from a desktop
computer. To access these cards, you need an SD or CF reader
attached to your desktop computer. Refer to www.handera.com for
information on obtaining one of these readers.

In addition, special adapters are available which allow you to read
CF and SD memory cards in your desktop's or laptop's drives. For
example, a CF card with a Type II adapter can be inserted in a PC
Card (PCMCIA) slot on a laptop. Refer to Figure 6-3.
