6.7.3 Replacing the drive wheel

NOTICE
Risk of damage due to improper preparation for maintenance work. Use suitable objects such as
wooden blocks to secure the B400 power wheelchair against sliding or tipping. The drive wheels must
rotate freely.
Steps:
1. Jack up the drive wheels.
2. Loosen all four Allen head screws, remove the wheel and replace it if required.
Properly reassemble all components upon completion of the work.
When reassembling the wheel, tighten all four Allen head screws with a torque of 25 Nm.
