Upgrading the DVR

You can upgrade the system firmware locally at the DVR.
To upgrade the firmware

Go to Main Menu > Setting > System > Upgrade.
Insert a USB storage device (such as a USB flash drive) containing the new firmware into
one of the USB ports on the DVR. The Find USB device dialog box opens.
In the Find USB device dialog box, click System Upgrade.
On the Upgrade page, click Start. The System Upgrade window opens.
Select the firmware file from the file list, and then click Start.
