re-issues the dial tone, the user continues to enter the number, after the end of the closing number, the
phone number will be prefixed and analog secondary dial tone is sent to the back of the numbers
together with the server.
For example:
If the plan 9, xxxxxxxx is configured in the dial plan table, when you dial 9, the system re-plays the
dial tone, prompting you to continue to dial the number. After the dial-up, the phone sends out a 9-digit
number containing the number 9.
