Solving Other Problems
Cause
A different user acci-
dentally canceled the
job.
The tray is empty.
A document is
printed with an over-
lay file which has
been created by an
unsuitable printer
driver.
When printing enve-
lopes, the zoom ratio
was specified, and
then 2in1 (4in1) copy-
ing was set.
The power cord is not
correctly plugged
into the outlet.
A system error
occurred.
Solution
Try printing the remaining pages.
Check that the tray is loaded with
media, in place, and secure.
Print the overlay file using a suitable
printer driver.
With 2in1 (4in1) copying, the zoom
ratio is automatically adjusted. For
2in1 (4in1) copying on media with a
narrow printing area, such as enve-
lopes, set 2in1 (4in1) copying, and
then adjust the zoom ratio, if neces-
sary.
Turn off the machine, confirm that the
power cord is correctly plugged into
the outlet, and then turn on the
machine.
