Position the crankshaft on the upper part of crankcase.
Tighten connecting rod bolts in three phases:
Tightening torque:
st phase: 15 N·m (1,5 Kg-m)
1
nd phase: 25 N·m (2,5 Kg-m)
2
rd phase: + 50°

NOTE:
An angle torque control wrench is required to carry out the third tightening phase.
Mounting Balance Shaft
Position the ball-bearing (1) and fix with the circlip (2).
