Workaround
Wait a few minutes after restarting picl, and then
execute the prtdiag command again.
# svcadm restart picl
Wait a few minutes at this point.
# prtdiag -v
Do not attempt a shutdown before boot
processing is completed.
Start shutdown processing after ensuring that
boot processing is completed or waiting for an
adequate period of time (at least 10 minutes).
