REPAIR WORK

REPAIR STAFF
Repair work must be carried out carefully by qualifi ed and trained staff . They should be
informed of specifi c hazards during their training. The repairs must be carried out in
accordance with the corresponding service manual.
The following hazards may arise during repair work:
- Health hazard from inhaling solvent vapors
- Use of unsuitable tools and aids
A skilled person must ensure that the device is checked for being in a reliable state after
repair work is completed.

DISPOSAL
When the equipment must be scrapped, please diff erentiate the disposal of the waste
materials.
The following materials have been used:
Stainless steel
Consumable products (lacquers, adhesives, fl ushing and cleaning agents) must be
disposed of in accordance with all applicable legal requirements.

Cause
Nozzle too small.
Product pressure too low.
Spray gun fi lter or high-pressure
fi lter clogged at pump.
Nozzle is clogged.
The valve rod path is too short.

Remedy
Select larger nozzle.
Increase product pressure.
Clean or replace fi lter.
Nozzle cleaning.
Replace the valve rod.

Increase the product pressure at

Dilute the spray product

manufacturer's instructions.
