ISO14443A CHANGE KEY
You may change the Keys A and/or B used to access a Mifare tag. To change the value of key
A or key B:
1) Launch the RFID reader as described in
2) Tap the green arrow next to ISO14443A Change Key.
3) Enter the original value of key A or key B, the new assigned value, and the sector to
implement the change.
4) Place the RFID tag in proximity to the mobile computer's back cover, where the RFID
reader module is installed.
5) Tap Apply on the softkey bar to implement the change.
Setting
Description
Sector index
Specifies the sector to apply the change.
Origin key type
Select to change either key A or key B.
Origin key value
Enter the original value of the key.
New key A
Assign the new value of key A, which must be a hex
string of 12 bytes. The value of key A must be filled
whether or not you would like to change its current
value.
New key B
Assign the new value of key B, which must be a hex
string of 12 bytes. The value of key B must be filled
whether or not you would like to change its current
value.
Launch HF RFID
Configuration.
