Usage

6.8.8 Tray

CAUTION
Improper lifting by attendants
User may fall or tip over
► The product must not be lifted by the tray.
NOTICE
Overloading
Damage to the product
► Trays must not be loaded with heavy objects.
INFORMATION
► Please note that the tray cannot be combined with the options "armrests" or "grab rail", as the same mounts
are used.
► The tray can be used only when the seat is facing forward.
The rehab buggy can be equipped with a tray on which objects can be placed directly next to the seat.
The tray is mounted on the seating unit and secured against rotation.
Mounting the tray
1) Plug the tray into the retainers.
2) Push in the tripod spring (see Fig. 69, item 1).
3) Press down the tray until the tripod springs lock into place.
Removing the tray
1) Push in the tripod spring (see Fig. 69, item 1).
2) Pull the tray out and up.
Adjusting the tray position
1) Adjust height: loosen the Allen screws on the frame with a size 4 Allen wrench (see Fig. 69, item  2) and
adjust the frame in parallel on both sides. Tighten the Allen head screws again.
2) Adjust depth: release the adjustment lever under the tray and set the depth by moving the tray (see Fig. 70,
item 1). Then firmly close the adjustment lever.
3) Adjust the angle: release the adjustment lever under the tray and set the tray angle by turning the tray at the
joint (see Fig. 70, item 2). Then firmly close the adjustment lever.

CAUTION
Exposed pinch points
Risk of crushing or pinching the fingers
► Do not reach into the folding mechanism when folding/unfolding.
