Your Phone
Your SoundPoint IP 450 desktop phone is designed to be used like a regularphone on a
public switched telephone network (PSTN). You ca n place calls, transfer a call to
someone else, or conduct a conference call. Combined with the Rage! Business Office
Xchange, your phone is equipped with powerful, advanced productivity features.
At any time, at most one active call may be in progress on your phone. Theactive call is
the one that has audio associated with it. There may be multipleother calls:
• On hold
• In an "Incoming call" or "Ringing" state
