(network) connector (8-pin RJ-45)
This is for connecting to the network. Use a LAN cable
(shielded type, category 5 or above) to connect to a 10BASE-
T/100BASE-TX hub. This connector can receive power
supplied from an IEEE802.3af compliant power supply device
(PoE).
CAUTION
When you connect the LAN cable of the unit to peripheral
device, use a shielded-type cable to prevent malfunction due
to radiation noise.
b CCU/CNU REMOTE (CCU/CNU remote) connector
(8-pin multi-connector, female)
This is for connecting to the RCP/CNU connector of the CCU
or the RCP connector of the CNU.
c AUX REMOTE (auxiliary remote) connector (8-pin
multi-connector, female) (RCP-1500/1501 only)
This is a spare connector.
d EXT I/O connector (D-sub 9-pin, female)
This is used for external interface connections.
